Leider ist sehr vielen Bruch gegangen. Bei Versuch es zu reklamieren wurde man am Telefon nur vertröstet mit den Worten das man sich melden werde. Da man nur 3 Tage reklamieren kann ist es unmöglich alle verdeckten Schäden zu erkennen. Es ist nur ärgerlich wenn man teure Möbel hat.
Die Arbeiter pflegten einen sehr freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang untereinander und zum Kunde. Leider hatten sie 20min Verspätung. Der gute Mann hat sich bei der Offerte total verschätzt. Statt 3-4 Stunden brauchten wir 6 Stunden, was mein Budget etwas überstrapazierte. Aber auch wenn die Arbeiter nicht sehr schnell arbeiteten, so waren sie doch nie am trödeln, sondern immer aktiv. Meine Wünsche haben sie alle geduldig erfüllt. Vielen Dank!!
