Ich hatte diese Firma für Umzug und Reinigung beauftragt. Leider ist beim Umzug mein Schrank beschädigt worden und bei der Reinigung der Duschschlauch. Ich versuchte mehrmals die Firma telefonisch zu erreichen was sich als sehr schwierig erwies. Ich bin am 17.10.17 umgezogen und mein Schrank ist bis heute (Sand: 21.11.2017) nicht wie er sein sollte. Beim Auftragsgespräch wurde betont, dass alles mit einer Versicherung bei Schäden die entstehen sollten gedeckt sind. Die versprochenen Rückrufe der Firma sind immer noch bis heute ausstehend.
Terminvereinbarung. Es begann schon mit der Terminvereinbarung. Da bis zum Umzug nur noch drei Wochen verblieben, wollte ich endlich Wissen, ob sie den Termin nun bestätigen können. Sie haben mich über eine Woche hingehalten und mir jeden Tag gesagt: "Wir geben Ihnen Morgen bescheid." Ich musste jedoch jeden Tag nachfragen. Preiseinhaltung: Bei einem Vertrag auf Stundenbasis ist es immer schwierig zu sagen, ob der Preis eingehalten wird. Der Vertrag bestand aus 2 Mann und 1 Fahrzeug. Mündlich sagte mir der Verkäufer, dass es mit 2 Mann ca. 5-6 Stunden dauert. Sie kamen mit 3 Mann und es dauerte 7.5 Stunden. Preis: Statt den geschätzten CHF 800.00 CHF 1342.50. Reklamation: Ein diesbezüglicher eingeschriebener Brief blieb unbeantwortet.
