About Kompass Umzug GmbH

The Kompass Umzug GmbH, headquartered in Bern, offers moving services in the Bern region and its surroundings. As a provider of moving services in Bern, the team supports private and business customers with various types of moves—from planning to execution, including packing and furniture assembly. Customers appreciate the friendly and competent staff who handle moves with expertise and care. The moving team is known for being helpful and efficient, ensuring a pleasant collaboration. On-site, the company offers various services related to furniture transport and packing. However, reviews also reveal weaknesses in customer communication. Several customers report difficulties reaching the company by phone or email and sometimes receive no or delayed responses to complaints. This causes dissatisfaction, especially when damages occur to the moving goods. Additionally, there are occasional cases where the actual time required exceeds the initial estimate, potentially leading to extra costs. Interested parties can request an initial cost estimate during a consultation, which should be regarded as a rough approximation. Early contact is recommended to better coordinate the moving process and minimize possible misunderstandings. Kompass Umzug GmbH is primarily active in the Bern area and provides its moving services there.
