Im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Leider Panne des Warenlifts, was aber in der Endabrechnung mit einem grosszügigen Rabat berücksichtigt wurde. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne bei Arbeitsablauf. Ansonsten wurde mit der nötigen Vorsicht zügig gearbeitet, ohne Hektik aufkommen zu lassen. Das Volumen des Umzugsgutes (bei 8 Zimmer / 1 Küche / 4 Bäder / 2 Kellerabteile / 2 Garagen schwierig) wurde im KV leicht unterschätzt, was zu einem höheren Preis in der Endabrechnung führte. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne bei Preiseinhaltung. Alles in allem ist die Firma aber durchaus empfehlenswert!

Reto and his team workers were great! Very efficient, on time, very polite, careful with our stuff. Reto was very flexible and quick with working with us on the very close moving date. The price quote per hour was honored as agreed. The time to be spent on the move was a bit underestimated but I see it that it was our fault as we required a quick moving date and the time was estimated based on pictures and not actual visit and view of the items to be moved.
Very happy with the results and I would recommend to anybody!
With another moving company in the same neighborhood, we had a terrible, unprofessional experience; dealing with Reto and his team was a very pleasant experience!

Der Umzug verlief reibungslos und das Team arbeitete sehr koordiniert und fleissig. Die benötigte Zeit wurde leider falsch eingeschätzt, ich habe aber gerne die zusätzliche Stunde bezahlt, denn der Aufwand war offensichtlich für alle grösser als erwartet (Möbel zu demontieren/montieren, viele Treppen zum Hochlaufen am alten sowie am neuen Ort, viele Kisten). Nochmals Dankeschön an Herrn Muhr und seinem Team!

A large scratch was made by the movers in our new place (deep and at least 50cm long), so not at all happy that the company continues to ignore my emails regarding getting this repaired hence delaying writing my review on this site as I was hoping that I could write a nicer one. I guess they are just sweeping it under the carpet and plan to take no responsibility.
I paid 50% a couple of weeks before the move and the remainder was to be paid in cash, when time came to pay the remainder the rate that I was quoted had increased (obviously didn't pay this extra) but it would seem their administration need to communicate better!
Unfortunately I would not recommend this company due to the issues that we had.
We didn't have the complete move it was mainly the larger furniture items that we wanted moving and re-asembling.

Price was honoured, we agreed a cap on hours although I felt this led to a slight rush at the end of the day, which meant we didn't have time to notice some small damage done to one piece of furniture that Reto had explicitly asked me to look at before he moved it. We noticed it afterwards and took photos on the day, but did not follow up because the effort at the time of unpacking etc was too much, and at the time of writing this 2 weeks later, it feels too late. However, in general the move was done well, and the carpenter was excellent. Once we had stated that the floor etc was new, the right amount of care was taken in our new flat. The main mis-step was that we had agreed in the contract to have 6 clothes hanging boxes and All move turned up with 2, which meant we (a) had to lay our children's good clothes (hence they were hanging in the first place) in the bottom of a pretty ropey box, and (b) had to transport quite a lot of hanging items ourselves or really crammed into the two boxes. Not a major issue, but still an oversight nonetheless that we had agreed up front.

Reto Muhr und sein Team haben den Umzug hervorragend über die Bühne gebracht. Sie haben sehr Acht gegeben, dass alle Sachen ohne Schaden den Weg in die neue Wohnung finden. Die Zügelmanne waren zudem extrem nett und auch nach stundenlangem Schleppen noch zu Scherzen aufgelegt, so dass der Umzug fast schon Spass gemacht hat.

Wir möchten uns bei Reto Muhr und seinen Mitarbeitern herzlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Umzugs bedanken. Ich habe noch nie jemanden gesehen, der so effizient seine Transporter füllt wie der Chef persönlich. Damit dies jedoch klappt ist es wichtig , dass das Team als ganzes funktioniert und mitdenkt. Bei Allmove hatte man alles im Griff und dementsprechend wurde exakt die Zeit auch eingehalten. Preis Leistung absolut gut. Gerne empfehlen wir das Unternehmen somit weiter.
