Im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Leider Panne des Warenlifts, was aber in der Endabrechnung mit einem grosszügigen Rabat berücksichtigt wurde. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne bei Arbeitsablauf. Ansonsten wurde mit der nötigen Vorsicht zügig gearbeitet, ohne Hektik aufkommen zu lassen. Das Volumen des Umzugsgutes (bei 8 Zimmer / 1 Küche / 4 Bäder / 2 Kellerabteile / 2 Garagen schwierig) wurde im KV leicht unterschätzt, was zu einem höheren Preis in der Endabrechnung führte. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne bei Preiseinhaltung. Alles in allem ist die Firma aber durchaus empfehlenswert!
Price was honoured, we agreed a cap on hours although I felt this led to a slight rush at the end of the day, which meant we didn't have time to notice some small damage done to one piece of furniture that Reto had explicitly asked me to look at before he moved it. We noticed it afterwards and took photos on the day, but did not follow up because the effort at the time of unpacking etc was too much, and at the time of writing this 2 weeks later, it feels too late. However, in general the move was done well, and the carpenter was excellent. Once we had stated that the floor etc was new, the right amount of care was taken in our new flat. The main mis-step was that we had agreed in the contract to have 6 clothes hanging boxes and All move turned up with 2, which meant we (a) had to lay our children's good clothes (hence they were hanging in the first place) in the bottom of a pretty ropey box, and (b) had to transport quite a lot of hanging items ourselves or really crammed into the two boxes. Not a major issue, but still an oversight nonetheless that we had agreed up front.
Reto Muhr ging sehr unkompliziert auf unsere Spezialwünsche ein und erledigte den Auftrag zusammen mit seinem Mitarbeiter unheimlich speditiv und sorgfältig. Vielen Dank für den entlastenden Einsatz!
Reto Muhr und sein Team haben den Umzug hervorragend über die Bühne gebracht. Sie haben sehr Acht gegeben, dass alle Sachen ohne Schaden den Weg in die neue Wohnung finden. Die Zügelmanne waren zudem extrem nett und auch nach stundenlangem Schleppen noch zu Scherzen aufgelegt, so dass der Umzug fast schon Spass gemacht hat.

Wir möchten uns bei Reto Muhr und seinen Mitarbeitern herzlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Umzugs bedanken. Ich habe noch nie jemanden gesehen, der so effizient seine Transporter füllt wie der Chef persönlich. Damit dies jedoch klappt ist es wichtig , dass das Team als ganzes funktioniert und mitdenkt. Bei Allmove hatte man alles im Griff und dementsprechend wurde exakt die Zeit auch eingehalten. Preis Leistung absolut gut. Gerne empfehlen wir das Unternehmen somit weiter. Kurt Bachmann
