A large scratch was made by the movers in our new place (deep and at least 50cm long), so not at all happy that the company continues to ignore my emails regarding getting this repaired hence delaying writing my review on this site as I was hoping that I could write a nicer one. I guess they are just sweeping it under the carpet and plan to take no responsibility. I paid 50% a couple of weeks before the move and the remainder was to be paid in cash, when time came to pay the remainder the rate that I was quoted had increased (obviously didn't pay this extra) but it would seem their administration need to communicate better! Unfortunately I would not recommend this company due to the issues that we had. We didn't have the complete move it was mainly the larger furniture items that we wanted moving and re-asembling.
