Diese Reinigungsfirma gehört verboten! Sie kommunizierten erst am Vorabend per Mail um 22.00 Uhr, dass die Reinigung nun plötzlich an zwei Daten durchgeführt wird. Das Reinigungsdatum auf der Auftragsbestätigung wurde somit nicht eingehalten. Telefonisch erreichen kann man sie danach nicht, da sie die Nummer blockieren. Der Kontakt verläuft dann nur noch per Mail (ergibt einen Zeitverlust für Kunden). Für uns klar eine Masche, weil so kurzfristig in der Regel kein neues Putzinstitut organisiert werden kann. Sie verlangen dann mehr Geld, weil der Abgabetermin mit dem Vermieter ja eingehalten werden muss. Wenn man nicht darauf eingeht, stornieren sie den Auftrag. Bei uns war dies drei Stunden vor abgemachten Termin. Eine absolute Sauerei!
Die Reinigungsfirma hat den Spühlkasten kaputt gemacht und ist danach nicht für den Schaden aufgekommen. Auch der Inhaber der Firma zeigte absulut keine Einsicht dafür aufzukommen! Absolut unsierös!!!
