Die Zügelmänner kamen 1 Stunde zu spät. Dann kamen 3 Leute statt 2, mit einem Anhänger statt einem kleinen Lastwagen.
Zum Glück war mein Umzugsgut nicht sehr gross, sonst wäre das sehr mühsam gewesen.

Für den Umzug und die Reinigung wurde ein sehr günstiges (50% im Vergleich zu anderen Anbieteren) Pauschalangebot offeriert. Die Wohnung wurde vorab besichtigt.
Etwas komplizierter war die Vertragsabwicklung. Der Vertrag war etwas dürftig und enthielt Rechtschreibefehler. Die auf der Homepage angegebene Adresse ist nicht korrekt, weshalb der unterschriebene Vertrag von der Post retourniert wurde. Telefonisch konnte das ganze dann aber geregelt werden.
Der Umzug lief sehr gut ab. Alles wurde sicher verpackt und mit Vorsicht behandelt. Die Reinigung war gut, aber nicht perfekt. Wurde aber glücklicherweise so abgenommen.
Preis-Leistung ist definitiv sehr gut.

Absolut professionelle, sorgfältige und speditive Arbeit. Wir haben viele Bücher und ein grosses Archiv. Alles ist unversehrt angekommen, auch an den Wänden des schmalen Treppenhauses der neuen Wohnung gab es kein Krätzerchen. Grosse Möbel wurden abgebaut, am neuen Ort wieder aufgebaut und zentimetergenau positioniert. Eine Verspätung wurde rechtzeitig kommuniziert. Die Firma kam dann auch mit 3 anstatt wie vereinbart 2 Personen und der Umzug konnte problemlos in der vereinbarten Zeit erledigt werden. Man war sehr bemüht, eine freundliche und einvernehmliche Zusammenarbeit sicher zu stellen.

super netter typ, sehr hilsbereit und geduldig! half mir einen bettrahmen über den balkon zu hiefen was sehr mühsam war, da er nicht durch das treppenhaus passte. die gegenstände würden sorgfältig behandelt, auch kleinere reparaturen an möbel, wie eine schanier widr befestigen odr ein paar schrauben anziehen, war alles im preis inbegriffen! guter service!
Ich kann Samo empfehlen!! Und es ging alles sehr zügig voran!
