Für den Umzug und die Reinigung wurde ein sehr günstiges (50% im Vergleich zu anderen Anbieteren) Pauschalangebot offeriert. Die Wohnung wurde vorab besichtigt.
Etwas komplizierter war die Vertragsabwicklung. Der Vertrag war etwas dürftig und enthielt Rechtschreibefehler. Die auf der Homepage angegebene Adresse ist nicht korrekt, weshalb der unterschriebene Vertrag von der Post retourniert wurde. Telefonisch konnte das ganze dann aber geregelt werden.
Der Umzug lief sehr gut ab. Alles wurde sicher verpackt und mit Vorsicht behandelt. Die Reinigung war gut, aber nicht perfekt. Wurde aber glücklicherweise so abgenommen.
Preis-Leistung ist definitiv sehr gut.

Eine Verspätung wurde rechtzeitig kommuniziert. Die Firma kam dann auch mit 3 anstatt wie vereinbart 2 Personen und der Umzug konnte problemlos in der vereinbarten Zeit erledigt werden. Man war sehr bemüht, eine freundliche und einvernehmliche Zusammenarbeit sicher zu stellen.
