Offeriert wurd 530.- für eine 2.5 Zimmer 53 Quadratmeter grosse Wohnung. Kurz vor der Wohnungsabnahme erhielt ich ein E-Mail, dass für Küche und Bad ein Mehrpreis von 100.- fällig wird. Das Bad kann ich noch halbwegs nachvollziehen. Bei der Küche sehe ich das anders, begründet wurde es mit Kalkablagerung. Zum Beispiel habe ich den Backofen oder das Gefrierfach 2.5 Jahre nicht benützt. Für mich ist das nicht nachvollziehbar. Weiter wurde gesagt, dass die Fenster starke Kalkablagerungen vom Regen hatten. Dies ist auch komisch, die Storen hatte ich zum Teil 80% der Wohnzeit komplett geschlossen gehabt. Für mich wird der Eindruck generiert, dass der Preis bei der Offerte tief angesetzt wird und im Anschluss mit solchen Begründungen hochgetrieben wird. Gut war das Reinigen, es wurde nichts beanstandet bezüglich der Sauberkeit, aller Räumlichkeiten. Als ich mit dem Büro telefonieren wollte, ging niemand ans Telefon. Mit den Reinigungskräften konnte ich mich leider nicht unterhalten aus sprachlichen Gründen.
