We were very satisfied with the results of the move with Vinco Swiss. We were not satisfied with the results of the cleaning by Sommervil Solutions. I am really disappointed, because I thought the whole process would continue to run smoothly after the move, but the cleaning was unorganized and incomplete on the day of the handover. We were told it was because Sommervil Solutions were low on staff and had too many clients. Since we had scheduled with them two months prior, I was disappointed that we were not a priority on the day of our scheduled cleaning. They are lucky that we knew the new tenants since they never cleaned our cellar, even after promising to clean it after the handover. They did keep their word on their pricing, which I am grateful for. A disappointing experience, but not a complete disaster. I would recommend Vinco Swiss, but absolutely not Sommerville Solutions.
Meine Vorauszahlung wurde nicht bestätigt. Zwei Tage vor dem Zügeltermin rief ich an - man würde es mir am kommenden Tag per Email bestätigen. Es kam aber keine Email von dieser Firma. Am Zügeltag 8 Uhr wie vereinbart war keiner gekommen. Ich schrieb eine Email. Danach meldete sich ein Mann, er würde in einer halben Stunde kommen. Wusste aber nicht an welcher Adresse wir beginnen. Er kam aber nicht. Eine Stunde später schrieb ich erneut eine Email. Um halb zehn kamen sie dann doch. PURER STRESS.
Der Umzug war schnell erledigt und die Reinigung wurde professionell erledigt. Kleinere Ungenauigkeiten wurden noch am selben Tag nachgereinigt.
Sie wahre ein super Team und sehr hilfbereit!Ich würte sie immer witer weiter enpfehlen!!!sind sehr menschlich und wie gesagt ein so super tolle firma!!!immer witer und ein grosses danke schön an euch ihr seid super!und auch der preis wahr super für die strecke von st.gallen nach luzern einfach eine tolle super zügelfirma und auch die reinigung top!!
Die Personen waren sehr zuvorkommend. Der Geschäftsführer selbst blieb in engem Kontakt mit uns und informierte uns, dass Sie unterwegs zur Wohnung sind, wie die Putzarbeiten fortschreiten und fragte sofort nach, wenn ihm etwas in der Wohnung auffiel. Schlussendlich waren wir absolut zufrieden mit der geleisteten Arbeit und werden Sommervil Solutions / Vinco Swiss auch nächstes wieder wählen.
Defekt wurde nicht wie besprochen bezahlt und auf Nachfrage wird man ignoriert.
