Das Personal kam zu spät ohne die Verzögerung zu melden. Obwohl ein Fixpreis abgemacht wurde, verlangten sie mehr aufgrund höherem Arbeitsaufwand. Auf eine vorgängige Besichtigung haben sie jedoch selbst verzichtet. Während der Abnahme wurden diverse Verschmutzungen entdeckt und dann notdürftig mit einem Lappen weggewischt. Es war aber noch nicht sauber. Es hatte Haare im Abfluss und Zahnpasta auf dem Badezimmerboden. Nach der Abnahme stellte ich fest, dass ein Fenster komplett weggelassen wurde und die Oberseite der Küchenschränke auch nicht gereinigt wurde. Auch alle Zimmertüren wurden nicht geputzt und der Laminatboden wies noch diverse dreckige Stellen auf. Auf dem Balkon wurde nicht gut gewischt und im Wohnzimmer hatte es noch Spinnweben in den Ecken. Bei der Abnahme wurde stark gedrängt. Die Mitarbeiter hatten bereits das Auto geholt. Telefonanrufe wurden am Tag der Reinigung und auch danach keine mehr entgegengenommen. Auf die Fotos sind sie nicht eingegangen. Ihrer Meinung nach war die Reinigung ordnungsgemäss. Katastrophe! Auf den ersten Blick: saubere Fensterscheiben, sauberer Backofen. Das ist es dann schon. Vorgängig am Telefon sehr freundlich und rasche Rückmeldungen. Nicht täuschen lassen. Ich bereue es swiss alpha mein Vertrauen geschenkt zu haben.
