Termine wurden seit Beginn nicht eingehalten, die Kisten kamen erst nach mehreren Nachfragen und noch schlimmer: obwohl vorbestellt und bestätigt und zusätzlich einen Tag vorher daran erinnert (mehr kann ich als Kunde nicht tun), waren am Umzugstag die 4 Kleiderboxen nicht da!! Dann kam es noch schlimmer und man hat uns mit der gebuchten Endreinigung komplett im Stich gelassen - erst nach stundenlangem hinterher telefonieren und Verschieben der Wohnungsübergabe kam endlich jemand. Dafür gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung- also Hände weg vom Swiss Movers
