Die Besichtigung war sehr angenehm und wir waren der Meinung, dass es gut kommt. Die Administration hat sich sehr viele Mühe gegeben und einen Tag vor dem Umzug nachgefragt, ob alles i.O. ist. Leider erhielt wir sehr alte, oft gebrauchte Kartons. Die bestellten Kleiderkarton waren nicht erhältlich. Wir waren gut vorbereitet (alles verpackt) und trotzdem war der Umzug selber für uns eher schleppend, obwohl sie von zwei Männern unserseits stark unterstützt wurden. Es gab aber keinen Schaden und sie konnten pünktlich Feierabend machen.

Alles ging reibungslos Die vier Männer waren freundlich, unkompliziert und aufmerksam. Wir waren eine Stunde vorher fertig. Gute Berechnung des Aufwandes im Voraus, zusammen mit unserer guten Vorbereitung und mitanpacken ein geglückter zügeltag
Für das Abdecken des Parkettbodens wurde zusätzlich etwas verlangt, obwohl dies gemäss Vertrag inbegriffen gewesen wäre. Allerdings hat sich die Firma für dieses Missverständnis entschuldigt und den Betrag zurückerstattet.
