Die Reinigung wurde insgesamt mit diversen Mängeln durchgeführt, was auch der Vertreter des Mieterverbandes feststellen musste, was zu Kosten für die Nachreinigung von CHF 500.00 führte. Die Firma erschien um 10.30 Uhr und war bereits um 15.30 Uhr fertig. Die oberflächliche Reinigung zeigte sich an unsauberen Spiegeln, unsauberen Fenster, Schlieren in den Böden, Fettresten, Silikonresten im Bad, uvm. Die Reinigung der Balkone wollte man mit Hochdruckreiniger ausführen, doch das wurde nicht eingehalten. Auch den Wohnungsschlüssel nahm die Reinigungsfirma mit, zurückerhalten habe ich ihn nie. Man kann feststellen, dass gereinigt wurde, aber leider mangelhaft. Da die Übergabe bereits am nächsten Morgen stattfand und es bereits dunkelte, konnten Mängel nicht wirklich wahrgenommen werden und für grosse Nachbesserungen blieb keine Zeit. Auch bei der Wohnungsübergabe stand niemand zur Verfügung trotz Abgabegarantie. Insgesamt kann man diese Firma nicht empfehlen!
