Wir waren sehr zu frieden. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben vorab noch ein paar Fotos zugeschickt für eine genauere Einschätzung der Kosten. Dadurch wär der Endpreis 100.- höher als in der Offert, war für uns aber völlig in Ordnung da dies vorab so kommuniziert wurde.
Wohnung war auf Termin fertig. Firma war bei Übergabe vor Ort und hat Mängel sofort korrigiert.

Sehr guter Servie nette Leute, problemlose Wohnungsabgabe.
Leider wurde nicht wirklich sauber geputzt. Da das die Verwaltungsangestellte aber nicht gesehen hat, wurde die Wohnung ohne Probleme abgenommen. Wenn sie Firma aber für mich geputzt hätte, hätte sie nochmal kommen dürfen...
alles wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit gereinigt. Das Datum wurde zweimal geändert, was für uns aber kein grosses Problem war, da das Haus schon früher leer war.
Die Reinigung der Wohnung und die Abgabe haben reibungslos geklappt, von Seiten der Vermieterin gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen für Nachreinigung.
