Administration hat geklappt,jedoch das Putzpersonal lässt fragen offen, für eine Endreinigung erst um 11.00 anfangen und 16.30 fertig ...naja das Ergebnis: mussten nochmals einen zweiten Anlauf nehmen. Schade.
Die Wohnungsübergabe hätte um 1600 statt finden sollen. Um 1715 war immer noch nicht fertig geputzt. Da ich noch einen Termin hatte, habe ich meinem Vermieter wie auch den Reinigungsleuten gesagt, dass sie die Wohnungsabgabe betreffend Sauberkeit zusammen machen sollen, bzw., dass mein Vermieter sagt ob er zufrieden ist und falls notwendig was noch geputzt werden muss... Nach dem ich gegangen bin, haben sich auch die beiden Reinigungsmänner ohne ein Wort aus dem Staub gemacht! Die Wohnung war alles andere als sauber...
Die Kommunikation war top. Leider wurde man nicht orientier, dass die Reinigung an einem anderen Tag stattfindet. Weiter wurden nicht sehr sauber gearbeitet. Preis war ok.
Sehr geehrter Herr Ismani Wie schon am Telefon besprochen, sind die beiden Böden in der Douche und Badezimmer vergessen gegangen. Den Rest, Fenster, Storen, Küche usw. war sehr in Ordnung.
