Hände weg von der TS Reinigung!! Nach dem unterschriebenen Vertrag (3 Wochen im Voraus, mit Abnahmegarantie) ist die TS Reinigung am Tag der Reinigung bei uns in die Wohnung eingetreten und hat zu Beginn angefangen die Wohnung zu inspizieren und über den Schmutz zu reden. Sogar der Geschirrspüler, welcher 3 Monate alt ist und welcher sich natürlich selbst wäscht, wurde als dreckig eingeschätzt??! Danach ist die Putzequipe ohne anzufangen aus der Wohnung raus und haben mich per Email, wollten nicht per Telefon mit mir sprechen, über den Mehraufwand informiert. über 30% (CHF 200.--) mehr hätten wir zahlen sollen worauf ich nicht einging. Die Frau Tsankova führt eine unseriöse Firma, welche die Kunden in die Sackgasse führt. Die Kunden haben am letzten Tag der Wohnungsabgabe fast keine andere Wahl. Wir haben kurzerhand eine andere Firma aufgeboten, welche uns auch im Nachhinein bestätigte, dass unsere Wohnung keinerlei verschmutzt war. Ebenfalls hat Frau Tsankova behauptet, die Abnahmegarantie sei von ihr nicht angeboten worden was nicht dem unterschriebenen Vertrag entspricht. Auch im Vofeld hatte ich mich telefonisch über diesen Punkt mit Frau Tsankova unterhalten was sie mir sogar bestätigt hatte. Auch habe ich ihr vor der Vertrag die genauen Fenstermasse und die Anzahl Fenster geschickt. Die Kommunikation war von anfang an schlecht, keine Telefonabnahme, kein Emailverkehr ohne sie daran zu erinnern! nie mehr TS Reinigung! Nun hat sie meinen Rechtschutz an der Backe!
