Nie wieder! Das Kochfeld völlig verschmutzt gelassen, Böden nicht mal mit dem Staubsauger durch (hatte noch Papierschnitzel am Boden!) Termin zum nachreinigen abgemacht - nicht gekommen und Anrufe und Nachrichten ignoriert. Völlig unprofessionell und von Abgabegarantie keinen Hauch. Bin sehr enttäuscht und verarscht worden.
Our experience was very bad. Our apartment was visited by the cleaning company representative (one of the owner) and after thorough checking - a price was quoted. On the day of cleaning, the workers (alongwith second owner) came and worked for half hour and then stopped the cleaning saying that the work quantum is far more than anticipated and hence a further price rise of ca 65% is required. Otherwise they will walk out without finishing the job. The owner was not ready for any negotiation. When we wanted to know the reason for this huge gap between estimation and actual inspite of the representative spending half an hour checking the apartment standard before giving us a quote, he could only say that it was a mistake on his partner's part. When we argued saying that we should negotiate and it cannot be fully his way, he became very argumentative and walked out without fulfilling his contract. We had to then go to another cleaning company and get the cleaning done on emergency basis as we had to stick to certain deadlines. It seems to me that many cleaning companies quote low to get the contract and then increase the same after starting the cleaning. This way .... the client gets stuck and is forced to pay higher.
Alles Top, innerhalb einer halben Stunde hatte ich eine Offerte, der Arbeitseinsatz fand innerhalb drei Tagen statt, Arbeit sehr zufriedenstellend, nur zu empfehlen. Es wurden drei sehr hohe Fensterfronten gereinigt.
Was soll ich bewerten??? Es wurden mir 5 Offerten versprochen, es gingen gerademal 2 bei mir ein und diese sind MEILENWEIT von meinem Wohnort entfernt!!!!!!! Von der Firma B&S die ich bewerten sollte, habe ich gar keine Offerte erhalten.

Das Personal ist sehr professionell und leistete sehr gute Arbeit. Alles verlief zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Firma "B&S Team Reinigung" würde ich wieder buchen und empfehle diese deshalb weiter. Wichtig: Es gab bei mir keinen Abgabetermin beim Vermieter, den Punkt "Abgabegarantie" kann ich deshalb nicht wirklich bewerten. Ich bin aber überzeugt, dass das gereinigte Zimmer so ohne Problem abgenommen worden wäre.
- Sehr unkompliziert - perfekte Sauberkeit - Preis/Leistung könnte nicht besser sein - Reinigungsmittel riechen angenehm und nicht chemisch, top für den Nachmieter!
