Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Reinigung. Seitens der Verwaltung gab es keine Beanstandungen.

Wir waren mit der Firma Youclean sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung wurde am vereinbarten Termin fachmännisch gereinig. Bei der Wohungsübergabe wurde nichts beanstandet.
Problematisch da Angestellte kaum ausreichend Deutsch sprachen und man sich nicht verständigen konnte. Der Auftrag ging verloren und es war viel Stress-es zum Übergabetermin zu organisieren. Preis war wie vereinbart. Reinigungsleistung war nicht bahnbrechend.
