Die firma hat sich schnell gemeldet. Es wurde aber nicht gut kommuniziert, sodass es unsicherheit bezueglich der anfangszeit gab und dem was geputzt werden sollte. Ich musste 1.5h suf die ankunft der putzleute warten und ich bekam anrufe dass ich gewisse sachen nicht weggeraeumt haete. Geputzt wurde nicht besonders gut, regale, spiegel und lampenoberflaechen wurden komplett vergessen obwohl ziemlich offensichtlich. Musste nachgeputzt werden. Die kommunikation zwischen mir und der firma war auch nicht besonders freundlich. Ich wuerde die firma nicht weiterempfehlen
Im gesamten sehr zufrieden. Danke für die schnelle und gute Abwicklung. Es gab Zeitdruck und dies wurde tiptop gemeistert!
Das Reinigungsteam war pünktlich vor Ort und hat gute Arbeit geleistet.

Für die Offerte hat vorab eine Begehung stattgefunden, damit die Offerte auf die Wohnung angepasst werden kann. Der vereinbarte Termin wurde eingehalten und es wurde sehr sauber geputzt. Bei der Abgabe war die Firma vor Ort. Die Wohnung wurde in einwandfreiem Zustand und ohne Nachputzen abgenommen. Ich kann die Firma somit nur weiterempfehlen.
