Du devis à la fin du déménagement la Société GREDEM a respecté ses engagements. Ils sont arrivés à l'heure pour le devis, le déménagement, ils ont été très efficaces et hyper rapides dans l'exécution. Le nombre de cartons mis à disposition a été justement évalué. Le prix annoncé a été respecté également à la fin du déménagement. Je conseille vivement ces déménageurs. Pour des gens qui ont des meubles très fragiles, je pense que quelques consignes sont nécessaires.

Gredem a répondu le jour même à mon appel d'offre. Le lendemain soir vers 17h00, il venait faire le devis. A 20h00, j'avais un devis par mail. Gredem m'a livré les cartons (beaucoup) bien à l'avance. Le jour du déménagement, les 3 Messieurs de Gredem ont été d'une efficacité rare. Pas de casse, délais respectés. J'ai donc donné les coordonnées à deux connaissances pour leur déménagement. Pour moi, c'est 10/10. Excellent.
Despite a clear invitation to examen the materials, despite our own contribution to disassemble out furniture (BED) and ensemble it ourselves on the destination place and all is packed ourselves, so it was just a transport. We are confronted with an extra payment of CHF 470.00 on the morning that the movement was planned and up to now it is not clear what the amount of CHF 470.00 stands for. We have give return the packing soft paper, half a rol bubble paper and 20 carton boxes, so even a ROL Bubbel paper cost in NO way CHF 470.00 We have informed our social contact as due the invalid status of my wife they participate int he payment, but on top of the from this Company confirmed price of CHF 860.00 an CHF 470.00 for material that is not specified is unacceptable and there have to be come a control on the moving Companies as their behavior is dubious, we have two cases in the dame day as the Lady that moved to our perviousness want have the same bad experiences, meaning there is some incorrect business going on.
