Wirklich schlechte Erfahrung. Am späten Vormittag, beschädigte unserer Wohnung und nicht die Reinigung abzuschließen. Really bad experience. Late in the morning, damaged our apartment and did not complete the cleaning. I do not recommend their services. Vraiment mauvaise expérience. En retard le matin, endommagé notre appartement et n'ont pas terminé le nettoyage.
Über zwei Stunden Verspätung. 50 % mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen.Anstatt 4 Stunden waren es über 8 Stunden Umzug ,wegen schlechter Organisation! Trotz vor Ort Besichtigung. Laut Vertrag sollten die Möbel demontiert und wieder montiert werden. Leider ließ man meine Schranktüren auf der Strasse stehen mit der Begründung man könnte diese nicht durch das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung bringen. Ich sollte noch 250 CHF mehr bezahlen das ein fahrbarer Aussenlift die Schranktüren von außen in den 3. Stock bringt . Absolute Frechheit. Am ende wurde mir noch gedroht. Einmal und nie wieder .Abzocke!
