Tv ging kaputt. Gaben uns auf Nachfrage keine Antwort ob sie den Schafen übernehmen. Möbel wurden teilweise lediert. Waren effizient.
Leider kann ich die Firma nicht empfehlen, da sie mir am Vorabend des Zügeltermins den Zeitpunkt von 08.00 auf 13.00 verschoben haben. Dies einfach per Mail, obwohl ich ja dann kein Mail mehr hatte, was bei einem Umzug zu vermuten ist !!! ich habe alles so organisiert und es gab für mich enorme Umstände !!! Die Helfer waren nett - jedoch konnten sie leider kaum Deutsch :-( Ansonsten haben sie jedoch super gearbeitet. Vor allem ein grosser schlanker vom 2. Termin ! Er hat alle mitgezogen .... Ein super Arbeiter. Schade, dass sie den Termin nicht eingehalten haben. Freundliche Grüsse J. Wyssen Hätte mir ein Entgegenkommen des Preises erwartet für meine Umstände !!!
Guten Tag Die Arbeitsleistung der Mitarbeiter war SUPER. Was nicht so toll war das ich die 1.25 Stunden die das Umzugs Team in der Polizei Kontrolle mit bezahlen musste. Und das der Teamchef gleich nach dem Umzug den vollen Betrag ( Kostendach 1250.00 Fr. ) einziehen wollte. Da der Umzug mit der Polizeikontrolle nur 5 Std. gedauert hat. Die 10.00 Fr. für das Zug Billett hat der Teamchef auch nicht abgezogen. Deshalb kann ich die Firma nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Freundliche Grüsse u. paul
