Positiv: Die Zügelmänner waren sehr freundlich und speditiv. Negativ: Die Zügelmänner konnten sich kaum mit uns verständigen aufgrund der fehlenden Deutschkenntnisse. Leider wurden auch Schäden, welche durch die Umzugsfirma verursacht wurden, (bisher) nicht übernommen. Umzugsteam kam direkt von einem vorgängigen Auftrag teilweise (2 von 5 Zügelmännern) zu spät. Aufgrund der Dauer - Umzug war erst kurz nach 20 Uhr beendet - und der spärlichen Lichtverhältnisse, wurden wir vom „Einsatzleiter“ gebeten das Übergabeprotokoll zu unterzeichnen und allfällige, nachträgliche Mängel per Mail zu melden, was wir auch getan haben. Jedoch stellt sich die Umzugsfirma quer und versucht uns abzuwimmeln.
