Pünktlich, schnell, effizient und sorgfältig. Auch sehr freundlicher Service am Telefon: wegen einem medizinischen Notfall wurde kurzfristig eine Verschiebung des Termins nötig, was ohne Umstände möglich war. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder mit Umzug 4 umziehen!
Fehlerhafte Offerte : geplant 2h Aufwand, Realität 6h Preis : anfangs 450,- CHF - danach 1100,- CHF Beim Umzug ging eine Lampe im Wert von 400,- CHF kaputt, keine Rückerstattung Die Zügelmänner kamen ohne Zügellift, mussten nochmals zurück fahren um diesen zu holen. Die Inhaberin war sehr unkooperativ und keineswegs kulant bei einer Entschädigung der Lampe. Wir mussten aktiv mithelfen, sonst hätte das Zügeln noch weitere Stunden gedauert. Fazit : nie wieder!
Wir hatten die Firma für Umzug und Reinigung engagiert. Umzug war ok, für Reinigung kann ich sie nicht weiter empfehlen.
