Zu kleines Fahrzeug mussten daher zweimal fahren!
Kommunikation zwischen Begutachter und Umzugsmannen kann verbessert werden. z.B. fehlte eine Hebebühne. Aber das Team hat die unerwartete Herausforderung souverän gemeistert.
Alles sehr gut gelaufen, zwar wurde die eine oder andere Schramme an der Wand hinterlassen, was jedoch bei grossen Möbeln und schmalen Treppen nicht vermeidbar ist. Jedoch zeigt man sich bei der Einigung Kulant und zugleich professionell. Bei der Administration ist jedoch noch etwas Spielraum nach oben. Wir haben jede noch so unwichtige Info beim Beratungsgespräch angegeben, diese sind jedoch leider nicht kmpl. bis zum ausführenden Team angekommen. Das Team selber ist nur lobenswert und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir jedoch hoffen diesen nicht bald wieder beanspruchen zu müssen, da wir nicht wieder zügeln wollen. ;0)
der Umzug wurde speditiv und unkompliziert zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. herzlichen Dank! Nun hoffe ich, dass auch mein Auftrag der Endreinigung genauso super von statten geht

Pünktlich, speditiv, freundlich, sorgfältig. Einziger minus Punkt: das Zügelteam bestand nur aus 3 statt vereinbarten 4 Leuten, was uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Mit 4 wäre es schneller gegangen und es wäre noch mehr möglich gewesen (am Schluss haben wir die meisten Möbel selber demontiert und wieder montiert, obwohl wir De- und Montage in der Offerte vereinbart hatten.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren mit den Möbel sehr vorsichtig und haben sie auch gut verpackt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und der Umzug ging flott über die Bühne. Wir können Metro Umzüge bestens weiter empfehlen.
