Das Team war super eingespielt. Der Umgangston sehr wertschätzend und ruhig. Das hatte auch auf mich und meine Helfer eine beruhigende Wirkung. Der sorgsame Umgang mit meinen Sachen und mit den Menschen hat mich beeindruckt. Ich bin total zufrieden und kann die Firma nur empfehlen. Ich bin mit Speedservice zum erstn mal umgezogen und kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen. Für die Bestandesaufnahme der Möbel und Lage etc. kam jemand vorbei der sich alles anschaute und eine grobe Einschätzung gab über die Zeitdauer, Anzahl Kartons, die gebraucht werden etc.
Vor dem Umzugstag wurde ich nochmals angerufen und gefragt, ob sich noch etwas kurzfristig geändert hat an der Situation um noch entsprechend reagieren zu können. Der Umzugstag selber verlief sehr reibungslos und schnell ab mit zwei sympathischen Zügelmänner. Die Kartons, die gemietet wurden, können zu einem beliebigen späteren Zeitpunkt zurückgegeben werden. Ich würde wieder mit Speedservice zügeln.

Micha, Kevin und Manu waren trotz vielen Treppen und schweren Möbeln super motiviert und haben den Umzug zu den vereinbarten Konditionen durchgeführt. Eine Lampe ist durch ein blödes Missgeschick kaputt gegangen und wird ohne Diskussion ersetzt.

Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich und hilfsbereit.
Nicht alle Mitarbeiter sind profihaft geschult und ausgebildet.
Obwohl alles gut vorbereitet wurde,dauerte der Umzug 1 1/2 Stunden länger als im Angebot angegeben/geschätzt. Dies wirkte sich auch auf die Umzugskosten aus.
Zusätzlich zu dem Endpreis wurde für Verpflegung (2 x Zwischenmalzeit, 1 x Mittagessen) rund 250 Fr. bezahlt.

Die Firma SpeedService hat und durch und durch überzogen. Wir hatten einen eher Komplizierten Ablauf und die Firma hat alles unternommen, um uns den Umzug so angenehm wie möglich zugestallten.
