Ich würde diese Firma nicht empfehlen und würde, wenn es geht, keinen Stern geben. Der Termin wurde vor 2 Monaten erstellt mit einer schriftlichen Fixpreisofferte. Die Person erschien nicht am vereinbarten Termin. Nach etlichen Anrufen und Hin-und-her-Diskutierei wurde der Termin um einen Tag verschoben. An dem besagten Tag kann nur eine Person mit Rucksack ohne Reinigungsmittel und Wolle die Wohnung ansehen, obwohl der Abgabetermin am Folgetag ist. Die Person verbrachte Zeit mit dem Telefonieren und verschwand auf einmal und meldete sich nicht mehr. Man hat dann insgesamt mit 4 oder 5 Leuten gesprochen. Immer hieß es, sie kennen die Personen nicht, von denen die Rechnung/Offerte erstellt wurde, und die wäre nicht von ihnen. Tatsächlich ist der Ersteller der Sohn von Herrn Akbar Ahmandy. Per SMS hat man nach fast 3 Stunden Kampf am Telefon dann einen ganz anderen Preis angeboten bekommen. Man könne am Abend erneut vorbeikommen und putzen. Das Angebot haben wir abgelehnt. Alle Mitarbeiter dort sprechen kein oder kaum Deutsch. Das noch als Info. Noch als Hinweis Herr Ahmandy hat sich auf Trustpilot selbst bewertet und es ist seine einzige Bewertung.
