Aufgrund von Fehleinschätzung des Arbeitsaufwands wurden zu wenig Umzugshelfer bereitgestellt, sowie zu wenige Transporter organisiert. Das kann passieren. Aus diesem Grund hat der Umzug viele Stunden länger gedauert, was eine Preissteigerung von 50% mit sich zog. Zusätzlich wurde uns nach dem Umzug ein viel zu hoher Preis genannt, der sich anhand der vorher vereinbarten Stundensätze nicht mal ansatzweise ermitteln lies. Wir mussten selbst beim Umzug mittragen, damit es machbar war und dennoch war die Wohnung danach voll, sodass wir noch 10 Autofahrten brauchten, um die Wohnung zu räumen. Zudem sind Schäden an Parkett und Wänden entstanden, die die Firma leugnet und keinerlei Haftung übernehmen möchte. Selbst Schäden, deren Verursachung wir bezeugen konnten, werden nun ignoriert. Zudem durften wir nach dem Umzug die Zigarettenstummel vom Hof auflesen.
