Ausführung top, Preiszuverlässigkeit flop. Auftrag war für ein einziges Zimmer. Offerte war zwei Personen + Lieferwagen zu einem fixen Stundensatz; verrechneter Mindestaufwand 4h, wie auch von anderen offeriert. Zwei Personen mal 4h ist wohl schon recht grosszügig für ein Zimmer. Aufgrund anderer Aufträge am gleichen Tag waren dann aber drei Personen präsent, und der Auftrag wurde in 2.5 h erledigt. Am Ende verlangte der Anbieter dann die Bezahlung von 4h zu einem höheren Stundensatz, weil ja drei Personen da waren - dies ohne Absprache, und ohne dass ein Grund für die drei Personen bestanden hätte.
Die Demontage habe ich selbst gemacht, ich hatte in Reserve jemanden bestellt, da ich movepartner nicht kannte, nicht wusste, wie zuverlässig movepartner ist. Kam ohne zu informieren wegen Autopanne nicht wie vereinbart, ich musste anrufen und nachfragen, mit 1 Std Verspätung dann angekommen. Etwas unflexibel: Ich bot einen Zusätzlichen Auftrag in gleiche Richtung an, jedoch mit Abstecher Plus 2,5 Std das Preisangebot war jedoch zu Hoch und konnte nicht realisiert werden. Ich habe Verständnis, die 2. Kundin nicht. Das Gestell wurde gut verankert, die Quittung Namensgerecht ausgeschrieben, Toll! Fahrer sehr freundlich im Umgang. Spricht gut Deutsch, ist angenehm und ruhig.
