Sie haben Möbel beschädigt und viel länger gebraucht als geplant. Es wurde viel geraucht und am Schluss wollte man mir noch Zuschläge verrechnen was ich eine Frechheit finde. Das beschädigte Möbel wurde abgestritten und geleugnet.
schlecht organisiert. Ich als Auftraggeber musste vor Ort koordinieren. Die Räumung sollte for der Reinigung stattfinden, was nicht der Fall war. Unprofessionell und schlechte Arbeit. Es muss nun nochmals nachgereinigt werden.
Ich als Kunde, dachte es könne per Lift transportiert werden. Doch das war den nicht möglich. So musste das ca. 100kg. schwere Sideboard über 4 Stockwerke runter getragen werden. Klar dass die Herren darüber nicht Happy waren. Ja und es war meine Fehleinschätzung. Doch ich hatte den doppelten Preis auf Aufforderung des Unternehmens bezahlt.
Hatte 40 Schachteln. Er hat aber behauptet, dass ich nichts eingepackt hätte, und er dadurch nochmals fahren musste..
Leider hat nicht alles so geklappt wie geplant. Auf den letzten Drücker konnte ich dann doch meine Wohnung abgeben. Starke Nerven sind wichtig.
