Auf dem Vertrag sollte alles ganz genau aufgelistet werden, was geputzt werden soll. Nur so haben die Mitarbeiter bei Bemängelung nochmals geputzt.
Ergebnis reichte nicht für die Abnahme. Arbeitsaufwand wurde unterschätzt, ein anderer Auftrag ging wohl auch länger als erwartet und so war das Ergebnis am Ende ungenügend. Grundsätzlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber zu wenig auf einen hohen Standard fokussiert (…unter diesen Umständen?).
The good: the flat was cleaned before the handoff, and the person on-site for the handoff fixed everything missing quickly. The bad: - Agreed to meet 8 am the day before the handoff to give the keys to the crew (was no safe way to leave them), they never showed up and said the flat would be cleaned that afternoon instead. Dropped the keys in the office myself. - Checked the flat that night, flat was not cleaned. I was not notified in any way and had a very stressful night worrying if they'd show up at all. - Flat was (luckily) cleaned the morning of the hand-off. Unfortunately, the person for the hand-off guarantee was *30 minutes* late. I was only notified he'd be late after the hand-off had already started. The new tenants, landlord, and I had to wait while all the after-cleaning was done as the rest of the hand-off took less than 30 minutes. So cleaning good, communication and punctuality very bad. I was assured by the company this never happens, if that makes you feel better, but it didn't make me feel better.
