Ein klarer Chef vor ort hat gefehlt. Leute wurden zu wenig geführt, teils etwas unbeholfen.
Leider waren wir gar nicht zufrieden, die Einstufung und Zeiteinteilung wurde komplett unterschätzt. Die Reinigung Truppe hätte ab Sonntag Morgen in den Hausteil gekonnt.....am Dienstag Morgen war Abgabe. Sie haben am Montag am sehr späten Nachmittag begonnen einen Hausteil zu putzen. Leider nicht befriedigend die Besitzer waren alles andere als Glücklich. Was zu sagen ist dass gleich nach ein paar Tagen nachgereinigt wurde und dies nun zufrieden stellend. Die Administration ist sehr freundlich und korrekt. Den Rest kann ich ehrlich gesagt nicht weiter empfehlen....kann sein das es sonst besser ist....bei uns hat nicht geklappt.
