Besten Dank für ihre Rückmeldung. Schade, dass sie mit unsrer Leistung nicht zufrieden waren, da wir doch alles wie vereinbart erledigt haben und auch die Abgabe mit der Verwaltung lief einwandfrei. Der Balkon und die Terrasse wurden standartgemäss Besenrein abgegeben, es wurde im vornherein keine Vereinbarung über eine Reinigung mit dem Hochdruckreiniger getroffen. Auch werden die Böden von uns nicht geölt oder mit einem Spezialreiniger gereinigt, dies muss vorher vereinbart werden. Wir wünschen ihnen nun am neuen Ort alles Gute.
