Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und überzeugend. Die Reinigung von Bad und Küche war sehr gut und wurde ohne Nachreinigung abgenommen. Leider war die Waschküche nicht angefasst worden. Weder Fenster, Waschmaschine, Tumbler noch Waschtrog wurde gereinigt! Dito der Keller. Beide Räume habe ich zuvor Besenrein gefegt, so dass man die Waschküche noch Reinigen musste. Mir kam es etwas suspekt vor, dass am Morgen vor der Abnahme noch zwei Fachleute anwesend waren und "aktiv" gereinigt hatten. Meine Augen sahen noch einige stellen, wo kein Besen war (z.B. Dachschräge oder Balkon Decke), welche bei der Vorbesprechung vor Ort explizit noch erwähnt wurden. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Whg. eff. am Tag vorher gereinigt wurde?! Dies ist aber eine reine Annahme! Auch eine professionelle Quittung fehlte mir. Eine, wie besprochene, nachgelieferte Quittung per Post/Mail erhielt ich immer noch nicht. Alles in allem ist die Reinigung ok, doch mit den beschriebenen Punkten, für mich, nicht befriedigend. Sonnige Grüsse, Simon Ciervo
