Guten Tag Frau Weber. Diese 2 Personen haben nicht so gut gereinigt. Ich weiss nicht ob Sie für überall den gleichen Lappen genommen hatten. Die Kästchen in der Küche auf der Frontseite waren wolkig geputzt. Verlangte eine nachreinigung. Auch das Blech und der Backofenboden hatten die gleichen Wolken drin. Ich verlangte ein nachreinigen. Im Kühlschrank hatte es vom abtauen (hatte ich am Tag zuvor abgetaut) eine kleine Wasserlache. Nachreinigen. Im Wandkasten mussten Sie auch noch nachreinigen (Test mit 2 kleinen Gegenständen die ich auf dem Tablar vergessen hatte)und die Klebbandresten beseitigen. Antwort, Sie haben den Reinigungspersonen den coolen Klebbandendferner nicht mitgegeben. Ich war froh, dass eine Abgabegarantie im Preis inbegriffen war. Ich bekam eine Offerte per Internet. Frau Weber ist persönlich vorbei gekommen und hat die Wohnung angesehen und so den Preis angepasst. Finde ich super.
Das Ergebnis der Reinigung war nicht so wie ich es erwartet hätte: Böden verschmiert, Fliesenspiegel teilweise noch kalkig, weder Waschmaschine noch Tumbler wurden entfusselt und die Siebe nicht gereinigt. Die neue Mieterin musste alles nochmals nachputzen. Die Abnahme war unangenehm, weil die beiden Damen und Zeitdruck standen, wie mir die Chefin am Telefon mitteilte. Sie wäre froh gewesen, wenn sie so schnell als möglich hätten gehen können. Alles in allem kein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis, leider.
