-nicht zur abgemachten Zeit erschienen. -beim 3. Mal zu spät gekommen -Wohnung nicht sauber geputzt, zb. Böden nicht mit Hochdruckreiniger trotz Abmachung -Spiegelschrank:Tablar kaputt gemacht-nicht gemolden zur Abnahme erschien Jemand ganz anderes als zur Reinigung usw..
