Prestige Leistungen

Das ganze Unternehmen wirkt sehr suspekt, vom Vertrag, der nicht in doppelter Ausführung kommt sondern vom Kunden abfotografiert werden muss, über den Kontakt via Privatnummer und die Bezahlung in Bar. Leider musste mehrmals nachgeputzt werden, die Abnahmegarantie wurde jedoch eingehalten.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Auch die Freundlichkeit vor Ort. Jedoch hatte ich danach 2-3 Sachen, die das Personal vergessen haben beanstandet. Man wollte darauf hin gleich einen neuen Termin abmachen, was ich auch gemacht habe. Leider ist dann niemand erschienen und auch auf die SMS wurde nicht geantwortet. Ich empfehle anderen Kunden, die Abnahmekontrolle vor Ort besser zu machen und gleich Nachbesserungen zu verlangen. Bei mir wurden 2 Fenster vergessen sowie ein Rollo, was mich natürlich schon ärgert. Aber noch mehr unverschämt finde ich, dass man sich danach einfach nicht mehr meldet. Die Administration war leicht chaotisch, ist aber auch noch im Rahmen, wenn einem das nicht stört.

I don't even know where to start, because the amount of problems I had with Prestige Leistung were more than I could handle. In any case if you don't want to read the rest of this long text, read this: DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY! I had problems with them from the first day until the last. First of all we arranged a meeting so that the owner of the company could come and see the apartment to prepare the offer. On the day we scheduled the meeting I skipped my own work so that I could meet with her and, for my surprise, she forgot we had the meeting. So next day she came, about 40 minutes late from the agreed schedule, and made the offer. I signed and she left. From there my nightmare begun: I tried to call her and ask for a copy of the contract, but her phone was always off. I sent multiple emails with no response. About 1 week later she sends me this piece of paper per email with the agreed scope of work. Very poor in information and no details about liability. Then I tried to fix the date of the cleaning, sent several emails, without response as well. I called her phone and it was off. I called another phone which was in the contract and it turned out that it did not exist. I searched on the internet for the company name and they don't even have a website. When I ran out of my patience, I sent her and email cancelling the contract. She called me IMMEDIATELY (after me trying to talk to her for several days) and said that if I cancel the contract, I would have to pay 30% of the total costs. This was not written anywhere in the contract!! So I gave her another change (for my own regret). Tried again to call her, now using ANOTHER phone that she gave me, since apparently the other two she lost (???). Again not return. I started to send SMS, which she would only reply after days, until finally we managed to fix the date of the cleaning as per her own suggestion: one day before the hand-over of the keys (once again I will regret this). The hand over of the keys was scheduled for July 31st at 08h30. The cleaning people were suppose to arrive on July 30th at 08h00 and guess what happened? They did not come. Me and my wife almost got sick with such stress we went through. My wife started to clean the apartment herself. I started to call other cleaning companies. Meanwhile I was exchanging SMS with Hülya Memedov (the owner of the company) and she was giving me all kinds of excuses. First the car broke, then she said they would arrive maximum at 12h00. When it was 12h00 she said they would arrive "in a couple of minutes". Well guess what happened? Nothing, of course! But when it was about 16h30 and my wife was already cleaning the apartment herself, they arrived! I asked what happened and the lady told me they were cleaning another apartment on the same day!!! Finally I was forced to call the real state company and postpone the delivery of the keys to Aug 2nd at 13h00. I thought the problems were over, but not. Obviously they did not manage to clean the whole apartment in 3 hours, so they went home and promised to return on Aug 2nd very early in the morning. Guess what happened? They arrived at 11h00!!!! Another problem: I requested in the contract to fill all the holes on the walls and they simply forgot to bring the material. I had to go myself to Jumbo and buy the product and luckily I had closed most of the holes myself on the day before. Guess what I was doing on the holiday August 1st? I was filling holes on the wall because the incompetent of this company I hired forgot to do it. Finally the hand over of the keys happened on Aug 2nd. To be fair with the cleaning ladies, the cleaning was good and was accepted on the same day. Unfortunately these poor ladies work for a horrible employer who does not know how to run a company and should definitely not have one. This entire experience left me and my wife traumatized and I have to say I will never use this website again to look for cleaning companies. I simply cannot trust your recommendations anymore when you have such a terrible company here.

Ich habe nur die fenster putzen lassen. Abgemacht war 8 uhr, gekommen sind sie kurz vor 12. Für den stolzen preis von 550. franken war ich nicht ganz zufrieden. Den auftrag und die abrechnung ,alles von hand beschrieben,nur bar bezahlung. Keine bankverbindung und keine visitenkarten. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das alles korrekt ist. Das nächste mal werde ich eine firma wählen die sich besser ausweisen kann.

Kann die Leistung von der Firma Prestige nicht weiterempfehlen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht überein. Zum vereinbarten Abgabetermin waren die Reinigungsarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen und müsste noch ca. 1h warten und schauen, dass alles gemacht wird. Auch in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit war es nicht optimal. Und zum Schluss hat das Putzpersonal die Abfallsäcke der Reinigung vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung liegen gelassen, sodass mich die Verwaltung deswegen angerufen hat und ich die Säcke noch entsorgen durfte!!!
