Umzug war etwas chaotisch. Der Chef hat sich teilweise mit seinen zwei Angestellten in Diskussionen verwickelt. Schon während dem Umzug wurde bei einem Möbel sehr tiefe und starke Kratzer festgestellt. Ausserdem wurde eine Pflanze beschädigt. Erst als wir beim Bezahlen den Chef darauf ansprachen, kam er uns im Preis etwas entgegen wegen den Beschädigungen. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob er uns von sich aus erzählte, dass die Pflanze kaputt ging. Einen Tag später mussten wir leider auch an anderen Möbeln diverse Beschädigungen und Kratzer feststellen. Per Mail meldeten wir die Mängel inkl. Fotos - bekamen keine Antwort. Wir sind verärgert und würden Piroti Umzug nicht mehr nutzen resp. weiterempfehlen. Zur Reinigung kann ich nicht‘s Schlechtes sagen. Abgabegarantie hat funktioniert.
