Mit der Firma wurde als erstes ein Besichtungstermin vereinbart um die Situation abzuschätzen, zur ausgemachten Zeit ist niemand erschienen, noch hat sich jemand abgemeldet. Ich habe die Firma dann angerufen um zu erfahren, dass der Chef zu Hause mit Kopfschmerzen im Bett liegt. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich zwar meine Offerte, jedoch war der Preis imens hoch, sodass ich einen neuen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren wollte. Nachdem ich dann einen Termin vorgeschlagen habe, habe ich NIE mehr etwas von der Firma gehört!!! Die unkompetenze Art wie diese Firma mit seinen Kunden umgeht, lässt einem stark an der glaubwürdigkeit des ganzen Firmenkonzeptz zweifeln. Ich würde die Firma sowie auch top-offerten nicht weiter empfehlen.
Der Besichtigungs-Termin für eine detaillierte Offerte wurde nicht eingehalten. Wir haben trotz telefonischer Rücksprache 1,5 Stunden gewartet. Auch die Tage danach kam weder eine Rückmeldung noch eine Entschuldigung. Sehr enttäuschend und nie wieder. Schade.
