Zur Preiseinhaltung ist zu sagen, dass das obere Limit überschritten wurde, da ein "Schwertransport" von einer Kommode dazu kam, nach dem Umzug wurde das so von dem Zügelteam deklariert (Wir sind vor 3Jahren mit demselben Stück ohne "Aufschlag" schon mal gezügelt), aber wir hatten in dem Moment keine andere Wahl, als das zu zahlen.. Veranschlagt waren 4-6Stunden für eine 3.5Zi-Wohnung, wovon aber effektiv nur 2.5Zimmer plus Keller gezügelt wurden, ohne Schlafzimmer und Couch (Diese wurde vorher anderweitig veräussert). Es musste ein Bett demontiert und wieder aufgebaut werden und insgesamt waren es dann 6h zum zügeln, u. a. auch, weil der LKW zweimal fahren musste, was bei dem wenigen Möbiliar nicht so nachvollziehbar war. Direkt nach dem Umzug haben wir Schäden an zwei Möbeln entdeckt und sofort gemeldet, wir werden bis jetzt höflich "abgewimmelt" und ein Schuldeingeständnis wird klar verneint. Da es offensichtlich und klar ist, dass der Schaden durch unsachgemässe Verpackung und Transport verursacht wurde, was in der Verantwortung der Firma lag, bleiben wir dran. Als Entschädigung wurden uns 100CHF angeboten, was völlig inakzeptabel ist, da uns nun der Umzug doppelt soviel kostet. Ebenfalls scheinen Sie gar nicht an der Aufklärung des Sachverhalts interessiert zu sein, keine Nachfragen oder Begutachtung des beschädigten Mobiliars.

Das positive vorab - die Reinigung war perfekt und es gab keine Reklamationen der Hausverwaltung. Negativ war, dass die geschätzte Zeit überschritten wurde und damit die Kosten höher lagen. Viel ärgerlicher war, dass Schrankteile Kratzer abbekommen und eine Ecke herausgebrochen wurde, Stühle und Tischgestell haben Kratzer und Lackabsplitterungen bekommen. Die Abrechnung war fehlerhaft und wurde auf nach Nachfrage noch korrigiert. Die Schäden an den Möbeln sind sehr ärgerlich - aus meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlenswert.
