Bien, cependant je trouve dommage de ne pas informer quand qqch est cassé par l'entreprise. (déménagement) Nettoyage bien, aussi surpris à l'état des lieux, les fusibles sautent quand il faut mettre en route le four. (cour-circuit lors du nettoyage ?) 2 camions annoncés sur le devis, un seul au final => 2x aller-retour
Nous avions mandaté l'entreprise pour un déménagement + nettoyage. Le nettoyage s'est très bien passé, l'équipe était composée de 3 nettoyeurs qui ont très bien fait leur travail. Pour ce qui est du déménagement, le devis prévoyait 3 déménageurs mais seulement 2 étaient présents. Nous avons appelé l'entreprise pour savoir ce qu'il en était. On nous a dit que qqn allait nous rappeler mais ça n'a jamais été le cas. Les déménageurs ont fait ce qu'ils ont pu à 2 mais le déménagement a été long. En effet, le camion est arrivé avec 1 heure de retard (accident sur l'autoroute) à 9h00 et cela s'est terminé vers 17h00. Le devis prévoyait également des cartons penderie pour ranger les habits sur cintres. Les cartons n'avaient pas été chargés donc les habits ont été suspendus aux sangles dans le camion. Pas top en ce qui concerne la poussière sur des vêtements propres. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que les 2 déménageurs ont fait du bon travail et ont été très professionnels et sympathiques. Le prix était également très correct.
