Nach der Besichtigung unserer Wohnung durch den Leiter vom Umzugschweiz 24 GMbH wurde der Aufwand (Pauschalpreis) fehleingeschätzt, was wiederum am Zügeltag bei einer zweiten Besichtigung der 3 Umzugsmitarbeiter zu Unstimmigkeiten führte. Nach einer einstündigen Abklärung zwischen den Mitarbeitern und Leiter auf Ihrer Landessprache wurde die Arbeit eingestellt. Sie verliessen den Umzugsort ohne klare Begründung und liesen uns somit im Stich mit keiner weiteren Aussicht auf Hilfe. Vom Leiter kann nur die Bemerkung wir sollten eine andere Umzugsfirma suchen. Wir erachten ein solches Verhalten als inakzeptable und eine bodenlose Frechheit. Durch dieses Verhalten wurde der ganze Umzug massive teurer und umständlich, da wir eine zweite Firma aufbieten mussten. Somit unser Fazit unbrauchbar!!!!!!!!!
umzugschweiz24.ch is by far the most unprofessional and uncomptent moving company i ever seen. horrible adminstration from Mr. Telo , moving people and cleaning people come at the same day without notice. and their people can not disammble and assemle the furniture at all. distoried our kinder bett. and in the end, they say we report too late for moving insurance.
