Zur Preiseinhaltung- der volle Preis zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer , etc. sollte auf beiden Rechnungen für den Umzug und das Säubern der Wohnung stehen. Administration- ich hätte gut gefunden noch einmal eine Bestätigungs E Mail der Firma vor dem Umzug zu erhalten. Da ich nichts gehört habe habe ich mich eine Woche vorher bei Ihnen melden gemeldet. Ich hatte diesen Service, der eigentlich nichts kostet erwartet.
