Die Kundenbetreuung bei Qualita-Umzüge ist einwandfrei. Man erhält auf alle Fragen innert einem Arbeitstag eine Antwort, Sonderwünsche werden wenn möglich berücksichtigt. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Für den Umzug wie auch die Reinigung ist die Vereinbarung eines Kostendachs möglich, d.h. man hat bestimmt keine bösen Überraschungen auf der Rechnung. Bei uns verlief der Umzug ohne Probleme. Die Reinigung der Wohnung war grenzwertig, wurde jedoch während der Übergabe noch ausgebessert. Dies war für uns aber kein Problem, da die Reinigung mit Abgabegarantie und Fixpreis erfolgte. Preis-Leistung stimmt, wir sind zufrieden.
