Kurz vor dem vereinbarten Termin hies es, sie können nicht kommen, sie schicken eine Partnerfirma vorbei. Diese Firma war okay aber wussten garnichts über den vereinbarten Offerten Preis, ich musste das stur bleiben und sagen ich zahle nur den Betrag den wir mit der Firma abgemacht hatten. Der Umzug ging ansonsten gut, nur der Esstisch wurde leicht beschädigt.
Es war in der Offerte nicht ganz klar, ob die Fahrkosten im Kostendach inkludiert sind oder nicht. Würde empfehlen, genau nachzufragen.
Arbeitsaufwand und Umzugsgut völlig falsch eingeschätzt. Offerte zwischen SFR 2530.- - SFR 2760.- Rechnungsstellung SFR 3680.- !!!
