Es hat alles geklappt, die Leute waren nett und produktiv.
Der Umzug (nur Möbel ohne Inhalt) gestaltete sich speditiv, durchdacht und gut organisiert. Dabei waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab keine Schäden. Wir hatten ein Kostendach und waren 1 Std. früher fertig, dass dementsprechend eine Reduktion der Kosten nach sich zog. Wenn ich nochmals umziehen müsste, was ich nicht hoffe, dann würde ich Star Umzüge AG nochmals den Auftrag erteilen! Besten Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.
Sehr gute Erfahrung, die zwei Zügelmänner waren professionnell, sorgfältig mit den Gegenständen, effizient und zuverlässig - und schnell. Ich könnte jedem die Firma empfehlen.
Trotz genauer Angaben der Grösse der Wohnung, war der Umzugswagen zu klein. Dadurch musste die Fahrt vom alten zum neuen Wohnort (12 km) 2 x gemacht werden, was die Dauer des Umzugs unnötig verlängerte (Kostenfrage!). Die Mannschaft ging sorgfältig mit den Möbeln um, war sehr höflich und arbeitete ruhig.
