Das Personal , dass die Reingung durchgeführt hat war freundlich, professionell uns sehr effizient. Bevor diese Reinigung stattgefunden hat, hatte der Chef hat mir gesagt, dass die Wohnungsreinigung und die Wohnungsabgabe auch separat gemacht werden können. Ich habe ihn explizit danach gefragt. Also vereinbarten wir die Reinigung und diese wurde durchgeführt. Als ich nun via E-Mail, Mobiletelefon, Kontaktformulat auf ihrer Webseite und übers Festnetztelefon mit ihnen Kontakt aufnehmen wollte, damit der Termin für die Wohnungsabgabe zustande kam, haben sie mich geghostet und plötzlich den Kontakt abgebrochen ohne eine Erklärung zu geben. Sehr unprofessionell und der Vertrag somit wurde nicht erfüllt.
