The initial consultation was very professional, with clear explanations and a confident, accurate evaluation of the move’s requirements. However, the operational side was disappointing and poorly coordinated, marked by organisational issues, miscommunication about services and delivery and damage to the apartment door - although the moving team on site was friendly, even if clearly more focused on speed than care.
